To the ER Again...
Just for the record when a doctor tells you that Nursemaid's Elbow usually happens 4-6 weeks later believe him. As I came home from work one day Charlie decided to do a little happy dance. As I was talking to Jimmy she was hopping all around happy as can be until all of a sudden we heard that same cry from before. She was holding her elbow just like at the fair so we were off to the ER again. You can imagine what kind of dance moves Charlie has if she dislocated her elbow while doing them. When she wiggled her arm in the air she popped it right out. Jimmy and I both made it very clear we did not touch her. As we were checking her in the doctor popped it back in place and we were on our way out. Got to love Kaiser! I wonder if this is going to happen every 4-6 weeks...

The Wonderful World of Play Doh
Charlie has discovered the wonders of Play Doh. The first time I let her play with it she sat there for over a half hour. If you know Charlie that is a LONG time for her to be still in one place. Every day she plays with her bucket of Play Doh while Smokey sits next to her. I think he is trying to eat it. She sits on the ground in our backyard and talks to herself the entire time while playing. Then, all of a sudden she starts singing "Clean up, clean up..." and puts it all back into her bucket. If we let her she would play with it morning, noon and night. Christmas will definitely be bringing her some cool Play Doh sets.

On the Hunt for Bella and Pluto
Kelly and Bella came into town for a little visit so we decided to meet them at Disneyland for a little bit. Charlie decided she wanted to wake up at the crack of dawn so we were out the door and at Disneyland right when it opened. Usually when I tell Charlie we are going to Disneyland she says "Ninnie." Today she was saying a different word and I couldn't figure it out until we were in the parking structure. She wanted to see "Poodoh." In other words she wanted to see Pluto. We actually did find him in Toon Town and she was smittened just like when she sees Snoopy at Knott's. She gave him a great big hug as if Pluto had been looking for her all day long as well. She sure loves overgrown dogs that walk on two feet. We had a fun morning because there weren't any lines yet so we rode like 5 rides in 1 hour. Her favorites right now are Winnie the Pooh, Small World, The Carousel, and Monsters Inc. at DCA. It was fun seeing the girls together. Thanks for the visit. See you again in November.
